Property Alert is a free property monitoring service which can make you aware of potential fraud against a registered property. It emails you whenever HM Land Registry receives official searches and applications against any properties you're monitoring.
You can register to receive email alerts on up to 10 properties in England and Wales. You do not have to own a property to set up alerts, and the same property can be monitored by more than one person.
